I'm so very glad we had the pros at EPR to help us find the perfect forever home. I dreaded another home buying process ALMOST as much as buying a new car from a dealership (a nightmare every time). But we definitely needed more space and less road traffic. Thomas and Sandra and their associates at EPR helped us look at a LOT of houses, even when our confidence level was 2% that we'd like it. And you know this market, the best houses are snatched up quick. We ended up being the bid accepted on a house that got 3 offers the week it first went on the market. EPR negotiated it perfectly! Inspection, financing, title, closing, it all went as smoothly as you could hope. MUCH smoother than our first house purchase. We're loving it here. She put in a lot of effort on my behalf. In the end, I found a nice property that exactly fit my needs. She was wonderful to work with. Thomas helped us find our dream home for our dream price! What can I say about Thomas? Well, to start, 5 stars is not enough! He was just absolutely AMAZING!!! We needed a quick turn for a rental property and wow did he deliver. He listened intently to understand our personal needs and he went to work.
